Eagles Graduate Success 2022-2026: Junior National Team: 6 Eagles selected - Austin Blair, Will Zielenski, Nolan Weinmeyer, Tyrus Hall, Oliver Mabee, and Sam Shaw. College Baseball: 36 Eagles received college baseball scholarships, 32 are still playing in those programs. Pro Ball: 4 Eagles are playing professional baseball. Nick Pivetta (signed by the Washington Nationals in 2013. Currently starting pitcher for MLB San Diego Padres), Sam Shaw (signed in 2023 by the Toronto Blue Jays. LL Junior AAA Capitals
The Victoria Junior AAA Capitals are under the Little League banner with an approach to development. The goal is to develop players who have aspirations to play at the Bantam PBL level and beyond. Games will be played against teams in the PBL Bantam Futures League and other Junior Little League teams throughout BC.

BC Minor 15UAA- Park based teams
Field Location: Carnarvon Park, Layritz, Triangle, Gordon Head (Boundaries Apply)

Travel: Local, Vancouver Island Teams, some travel to Vancouver
Coaching: Volunteer Coaches
Cost: $700–$800

Focus: Building foundational skills, teamwork building skills for AAA and/or PBL level
Graduate Success: Many AA players have moved up to the Eagles and Mariners PBL programs.

Eagles and Mariners Announce Unified 2027 Bantam Tryouts
The Victoria Eagles and the Victoria Mariners are pleased to announce that joint open tryouts for their 2027 BC Premier Baseball Bantam teams will take place on August 26th and 27th at Lambrick Park. Evaluating coaches will include Eagles staff; Mariners staff, plus coaches from the Little League Junior AAA Capitals, the BC Minor 15U AAA SeaWolves and the BC Minor Bantam AA Program. Players are encouraged to attend both nights. There are no registration fees for these tryouts.
There will be an additional invitation only tryout on Wednesday, September 2nd at Lambrick Park. Times for all three tryouts are TBD and will be announced at a later date. If necessary, an additional evaluation will be announced for players who are unable to attend any of these tryouts.
To register for the tryouts, players must complete the registration form at Bantam Try Outs 2026.
